In response to the unprecedented times and challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, EAFONS 2021 with the theme “Doctoral Nursing Education in the Changing Health Landscape” is devoted as a platform for critical discourse on how doctoral nursing education can respond to the emerging challenges of our times. 

To protect the health and safety of attendees, we are conducting the EAFONS 2021 virtually. The conference aims to: 

1. Derive insights from the current state and future directions of doctoral nursing education in East and Southeast Asia; 
2. Share exemplary practices in curriculum development, supervision and mentoring, and academic writing in doctoral nursing education; and 
3. Appreciate research responsive to health care and nursing issues in the region.
