Yes. Please register on or before 1 March 2020.
EVALUATION AND RESULTS
How are the abstracts evaluated?
All submitted abstracts will undergo a double blind peer review process by the Scientific Committee.
When will I receive a response?
Results of the abstract submission will be emailed to you within two weeks after submission or not later than 15 February 2021.
My Abstract has been accepted, but I did not receive the Acceptance letter.
An acceptance letter will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a confirmation via email, please contact us at email@example.com
I can not attend the conference, are you going to send me the certificate?
No. Only participants who registered and attended will be given the certificate. This includes certificates for presentation.
When should I register?
Can you send me an Official Invitation Letter?
Yes, you may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for official invitation requests. When sending an email, please use the subject line “Request for Official Invitation Letter”.
My paper has more than one author. Should we all fill in the registration form and pay the regular registration fee of the related category?
If all authors are attending, then YES everyone is required to register.
When will my oral presentation take place and how long should it last?
Oral presentations will be done on the second day of the conference. You will be asked to pre-record your presentation that should not exceed 10 minutes. Instructions in pre-recording your presentation will be sent to your registered email address.
When do I have to send my virtual presentation?
Please send us your pre-recorded presentation not later than 8 April 2021. A link where your presentation can be submitted will be provided when we send you the acceptance notification.
Can I present in some other language or does the presentation have to be in English?
All presentations should be in English
When will the book of Abstracts be published?
The book of abstracts will be made available before the Conference. The link will be emailed to all registered participants.
